The Garibaldi 123 project transformed a former hotel into a modern residential complex defined by a high-end and contemporary identity.
The building facade features a tripartite composition, rhythmically articulated through a modern-classical language that harmonizes with the varying heights of the surrounding buildings.
Each floor accommodates a range of distinctive residential units, designed to offer high-quality living standards and enhanced by premium finishes.
The rooftop has been conceived as an exclusive roof garden serving the upper residential level, while an elegant pergola helps screen the technical installations and reinforces the architectural quality of the building.
