Garibaldi 123

The Garibaldi 123 project involved the transformation of an old hotel into a modern residential complex with a luxurious and contemporary character. The façade features a tripartite elevation, rationally cadenced in a modern classicism style which blends well with the different heights of the adjoining buildings.
On each floor, heterogeneous residential spaces have been created, with precious finishes and dedicated to the quality of living. The roof is designed as a roof garden for the top residential level, with a pergola that mitigates the presence of the installations.
