RSA Garibaldi-Pogliani

Cantù, a new health care residence for the elderly, surrounded by greenery and far from the centre. The project is characterised by the construction of a modern building, aesthetically and constructively simple, but essential in the functionality of the rooms and services. The entire building, which offers accommodation for 80 guests, consists of three floors, each measuring 1600 m2. The rooms on the ground and first floors feature large windows and offer a wide, pleasant view of the green park outside. The semi-basement floor is used to welcome visitors through a large entrance hall and features a 350 m2 kitchen and service rooms. The entire project and its construction are devoted to the utmost modernity and efficiency of solutions and materials.
