Garibaldi-Pogliani Nursing Home

In Cantù, this new assisted living and elderly care residence is set in a quiet green area outside the city center. The project features a modern building with a clean, understated architectural language—simple in form and construction, yet highly focused on the functionality of spaces and healthcare services.
Designed to accommodate 80 residents, the facility consists of three floors, each with an area of approximately 1,600 m². Guest rooms, located on the ground and first floors, include large windows that provide bright interiors and pleasant, open views over the surrounding parkland. The semi-basement level is dedicated to visitor reception, with a spacious entrance hall, a 350 m² kitchen, and supporting service rooms.
From design through construction, the entire project prioritizes modernity, energy efficiency, and high-performance materials and solutions.
