An ambitious residential development composed of two main volumes arranged around a rectangular inner courtyard. The primary façade on Via Varese features a stone base that echoes the adjacent 19th-century building, followed by three levels of carefully proportioned openings. The elevation alternates finely worked flush stone with plastered surfaces, creating a refined dialogue between tradition and contemporary design.
Interiors are filled with natural light thanks to large windows that maximize brightness and visual comfort. Loggias are crafted using traditional materials, with plastered finishes playing a prominent role to maintain a warm, understated character. Landscape design complements the architecture, shaping green areas that extend the living experience outdoors and strengthen the connection with nature—right in the heart of the city.
