An ambitious residential project which consisted of two main volumes facing a rectangular courtyard. The main façade overlooking Via Varese is composed of a stone basement, in continuity with the nearby 19th-century house, followed by three orders of openings in height, alternating flush worked stone with plastered parts.
The interiors are enhanced by large windows, which allow maximum light into the rooms. The loggias are built using traditional materials with a prevalence of plastered parts. The design of the green areas is complementary to the architectural spaces whose design language seeks to create a relationship with nature even while in the city.
