Ever since its founding, SMV’s focus has been on quality – a suitable fleet of machinery, the necessary equipment and its own highly qualified technical staff, capable of identifying solutions and making the right choices. These are the distinguishing features of a competent company focused on the timely solution of problems arising from the execution of contracted works and site management.
This professionalism has always been recognised by clients and designers. From the structural and organisational aspect follows the ability to execute contracts in strict compliance with both the timeframes agreed with the client and the substantial maintenance of budgeted costs. This is a fundamental characteristic for industrial and private construction, as well as for religious and sports facilities. Particular attention is paid to the restoration of buildings subject to historical, architectural and/or environmental constraints. SMV Costruzioni pays particular care and attention, both requested and dedicated, towards sustainable reuse, starting from materials and their recovery and recycling.

SMV Costruzioni has a complete fleet of more than 300 construction and earthmoving machines, as well as a fleet of 91 both heavy and light duty vehicles. This allows us to respond quickly to any type of job, from the largest to the smallest, with the same responsiveness.
