The new residential complex on Via dei Canzi is located within the urban regeneration area known as the former “Ex De Nora” site, in the Lambrate district of Milan. The project involves the construction of four residential towers comprising a total of 110 housing units.
The development includes two underground levels and nine floors above ground. The four buildings are connected by a covered pathway that integrates with the surrounding green areas, creating a continuous relationship between architecture and landscape. Each tower has a footprint of approximately 350 sqm and a floor-to-floor height of 3.25 metres.
The construction system follows a traditional structural approach, with a reinforced concrete framework consisting of columns, solid slabs, and braced stair and elevator cores.
