Located on Via Ascanio Sforza overlooking the Naviglio Pavese, this new four-star hotel is a hybrid hospitality project conceived by Alessandro and Mauro Benetton. The building, originally constructed in the 1960s as the telephone exchange and offices of SIP, the Italian telecommunications service company, is being redeveloped through a sustainable urban regeneration project inspired by the principles of green urbanism.
The transformation creates a hyper-natural hospitality destination in Milan, featuring 104 rooms, a ground-floor restaurant, flexible co-working spaces, and a rooftop area with swimming pool and sky bar offering panoramic views of the Darsena and the city skyline.
