Bodoni 11

A late 19th-century building, shaped by time and successive alterations, gives way to a new vision of contemporary living.
The demolition phase marks the first step in a residential redevelopment project that stems from the recovery of the site’s original vocation and the desire to restore urban and architectural quality to the surrounding context.
The project reinterprets and integrates the existing structure, redefining the spaces and enhancing the surfaces through a new articulation of volumes and interiors.
From this transformation, 20 new residential units will emerge, designed to create functional, bright, and comfortable living environments.
