Bosconavigli

The project, conceived by Stefano Boeri, delivers a new mixed-use residential and commercial development in Milan, on a regenerated former industrial site near the Naviglio Grande and the Tortona district. Defined by a stepped architectural form, the building is arranged around a central landscaped courtyard and includes two underground levels and eleven floors above ground, providing approximately 90 apartments.
A key feature of the development is its integrated greenery: planted balconies and expansive terraces, also featuring tall trees, wrap the facades to enhance urban biodiversity while helping to reduce noise and mitigate air pollution, improving comfort and environmental quality for residents.
