SMV Costruzioni has been awarded the contract for the execution of the building and MEP works as part of the redevelopment of the property located at 7 Via Carlo Torre in Milan, which will be converted for residential use.
The project involves the entire property and follows two distinct approaches. The street-facing building will undergo conservative rehabilitation, while the internal building will be partially demolished and reconstructed.
