In Milan’s Porta Nuova district, this project delivers new luxury residences with a dynamic, contemporary character, alongside a new corner-front building conceived as a standout architectural element.
The 10-storey structure is built in continuity with the adjacent buildings and is defined by a clean, linear design language. Its contemporary architecture highlights spaces through natural light, generous terraces, and carefully calibrated proportions.
The exterior materials emphasize the building’s volumes and facade articulation. The shorter elevations feature panoramic loggias that step back progressively, while the penthouse terraces are enhanced by integrated greenery, with planting incorporated into parapet planters to create a refined rooftop landscape.
