Savona Nursing Home

Construction of a five-storey senior living facility, with two floors dedicated to reception and services and three floors designed for an Residential Care Home. The project provides a total of 100 beds, arranged in single and double rooms, complemented by multi-purpose rooms and shared areas for recreational and educational activities.
The development also includes spacious, light-filled dining rooms, a medical clinic, a nursing station, a physiotherapy gym, a chapel, and a dedicated hairdresser/podiatry lounge. The entire building is fully accessible, with optimized solutions to ensure safe and comfortable access for people with disabilities.
