A new facility delivered using modern technologies and materials, bringing together offices, an auction room and a secure vault, to centralize and enhance customer services.
The project covered nearly 1,000 sqm, with walls and display systems designed for exhibiting works of art. The renovation included major structural strengthening and a complete overhaul of all building systems, while preserving the coffered ceiling of the former Cinema Aurora—fully restored as part of the intervention.
