Savoy Residence

Residenza Savoy stands in the heart of Bordighera. Originally conceived as a luxury hotel and later transformed into a casino, the building underwent two further major renovations in the 1960s and 1990s. Today, it features a magnificent façade inspired by 19th-century architecture and is arranged over five residential floors, with an underground level used as a garage.
On the south side, the residence overlooks a charming garden square, partly private and partly public, while to the north it is bordered by a wide pedestrian and cycle path connecting to the surrounding boulevards. The client’s vision was to create a development offering the highest standards of modern comfort, perfectly integrated into one of the most elegant and important streets in the city centre.
