Victoria’s Secret

This project involved the renovation and spatial reconfiguration of the former Excelsior cinema, transforming an existing historic structure into a renewed and functional architectural space. During the demolition phase, the original reinforced concrete columns were carefully preserved and integrated into the new structural system, composed of steel and composite steel-concrete elements.
The upgraded structure is complemented by lightweight reinforced concrete slabs, connected to the retained columns of the original building to ensure continuity between the existing framework and the new construction. The intervention also introduced new vertical circulation routes, improving accessibility, usability, and the overall efficiency of the internal layout
