Victoria’s Secret

A renovation and redistribution of the spaces of the former ‘Excelsior’ cinema. During demolition, the reinforced concrete pillars were preserved and are now part of a renewed structure made of metal or mixed steel-concrete elements. The structure is coupled with lightened reinforced concrete plates which were grafted onto the pillars of the original structure. New vertical passages have also been created.
